Parenting Ed

Mother Daughter Portrait

Mothermind – provides practical, evidence-based support for mothers online and in person through 1:1 coaching, workshops, rettreats, and connected spaces. Led by a certified Motherhood Practitioner, we will cover the things no one else talks about: rage, guilt, identity shifts, mental health, and the impossible standards many mothers feel they must meet. We explore matrescence and the real changes motherhood brings. This isn’t about fixing, it’s about  feeling empowered and creating space to be heard, seen, and supported.
